Influencer Butler is a desktop app that does the repetitive parts of being an Amazon influencer for you: posting deals, accepting brand campaigns, keeping your storefront content alive, and messaging brands. You set it up once, and the butlers do the busywork in the background.

If you have just downloaded it (or you are still deciding), this is the walkthrough to follow. No tech background needed. Here is the honest time budget up front: your first butler can be running in a couple of minutes, but setting everything up, your storefront, Creator Connections, and the Amazon Influencer Program steps if you are new to the program, is closer to 30-90 minutes of hands-on time, plus a few steps that run in the background or wait on Amazon's own review queue. Spread it across more than one sitting if you need to. This is not a one-day job, and it is not supposed to be.

Step 1: Download and install the app

Head to the download page and grab the installer for your computer. It is a normal desktop app for Windows (and Mac), and the download is free: you can start on the free plan and upgrade whenever a paid butler earns its keep.

Run the installer like any other program. When it finishes, Influencer Butler opens on its own.

Step 2: Sign in with a magic link

The first time the app opens, it asks you to sign in. There is no password to invent or remember:

  1. Enter the same email you used when you bought Influencer Butler (or signed up).
  2. The app emails you a one-time sign-in link.
  3. Open the email, click the link, and the app catches it and signs you in automatically.

If the email has not arrived after a minute or two, check your spam folder and make sure you typed the email you purchased with.

Step 3: Pick your goal

Right after sign-in, a short setup walkthrough asks what you most want to do first: things like posting your videos and photos to other country marketplaces, or auto-accepting brand campaigns.

Pick whichever fits you best and do not overthink it. The choice only decides which butler gets set up first. You can change your goal or set up every other butler later.

Step 4: Connect your Amazon storefront

Most butlers work from your Amazon Influencer storefront, so the app needs to be signed in to Amazon inside its own built-in browser.

The first time a butler needs Amazon, a browser window opens and asks you to log in. This is normal and expected. Log in the way you always do, including any code Amazon texts you. The app remembers the session, so you usually only do this once.

One tip: log in slowly and finish every prompt Amazon shows you. If you close the window too early, the app has to ask again next time.

Step 5 (optional): Connect Creator Connections for brand campaigns

If brand deals are your goal, you will want the app to accept Creator Connections campaigns and submit your content links for you. That needs Creator Connections access on your Amazon Influencer account plus a set of API credentials, which takes a few extra minutes to set up in the API Integrations section.

Not focused on brand campaigns yet? Skip this entirely. You can add it any time later, and the in-app Help & Tutorials section has a video that walks you through getting the credentials.

Step 6: Let your butlers warm up

Once you are connected, the walkthrough starts the first run for you. The first time a butler runs, it gathers your storefront and recent activity, so give it a few minutes. Every run after that is faster.

You do not have to sit and watch. Close the walkthrough and let it work: the app emails you when it is done, or right away if a butler needs you for a moment.

Step 7: Get to know the main screen

A thirty second tour so nothing feels mysterious:

  • Left menu: your butlers. Each one handles a different job (deals, campaigns, messaging, content). Click a name to open its workspace.
  • Top bar: your running totals, including Hours Saved and Money Saved, plus your storefront ID. Set your hourly rate there so the savings numbers reflect what your time is worth.
  • Help & Tutorials: a guide for every butler, plus a free beginner course on the Amazon Influencer Program itself.

Step 8: Run your first real task

Open the butler the walkthrough set up for you and let it do one full run while you watch. Seeing a complete run once takes the mystery out of it: you will know what it does, how long it takes, and what it looks like when it needs you.

From then on, let it run on its own. That is the whole idea: you set the direction, the butlers do the busywork.

What to do on day two

Once your first butler is humming, two things will keep it that way:

  1. Adopt a short daily routine. A ten minute morning-midday-evening loop (clear the Action Queue, confirm your deals went out, make one small tune-up) keeps every butler fast, accurate, and profitable.
  2. Add a second butler. Deals Butler is the crowd favorite: it finds fresh deals and auto-posts them to Facebook, Telegram, and Reddit on a schedule you choose.

And if you want your butlers working around the clock without leaving your laptop on, you can run the app on a free cloud PC.
