Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: September 29, 2026
The Social Media Posse LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") wants everyone to be able to use influencerbutler.com and the Influencer Butler desktop application, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or captions. This statement describes the standard we work toward, what we have done, the limitations we know about, and how to tell us when something does not work for you.
1) Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA on our website, and we apply the same principles to the desktop application's interface. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we review new pages and features against this standard as we build them.
2) What we have done
- Semantic page structure with landmarks, a logical heading order, and a "Skip to main content" link on every page.
- Text alternatives on images and accessible names on form fields and controls.
- Keyboard access for interactive elements, including menus, accordions, image zoom, and dialogs, with visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast that meets the AA thresholds for text and interface components.
- Written transcripts published alongside our tutorial walkthrough videos in Help & Tutorials.
- In the desktop app: light and dark themes, a reduced-motion setting that also follows your operating system preference, interface zoom from 50% to 200%, and screen reader announcements for status changes.
3) Known limitations
We are aware of the following gaps and are working through them:
- Some older tutorial videos may not yet have closed captions on YouTube. A written transcript is available on the matching tutorial page, and we are adding captions as we update each video.
- The desktop application does not yet offer a dedicated high-contrast mode or respond to the operating system's forced-colors setting.
- Some third-party content we embed or link to (for example video players and payment pages) is controlled by its provider and may not meet our standard.
4) Feedback and contact
If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on our website or in the app, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not suggestions.
- Use our contact form and mention "accessibility" in your message, or
- email support@influencerbutler.com with the subject "Accessibility".
Please include the page or screen where the problem occurred and the assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within five business days.
5) Enforcement and formal complaints
If you are in the United States and are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the U.S. Department of Justice about rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act. We would appreciate the chance to fix the problem first.
