The Morning After Prime Big Deal Days: Read Your Numbers
The event is over. Before you move on, spend twenty minutes turning two days of posting into a lesson you can use for the rest of the year.

Prime Big Deal Days is done. The instinct is to exhale and forget it. Resist that for twenty minutes, because the event just handed you the clearest data you will get all quarter about what your audience actually buys. Read it while it is fresh.
Compare against the baseline you wrote down
Pull out the four numbers you captured before the event. Now write today's versions next to them: earnings across the event versus a normal week, traffic, new followers, posts made. This is the whole point of taking the baseline. "We did $920 across the event versus a $310 normal week" is a real result. Did you hit the target you set? By how much?
Find your three winners
Look at which specific products actually converted. Not which you liked posting, which ones people bought. You are looking for your top three: the deals that pulled clicks and orders well above the rest. Write them down by name. These three products are worth more to you than the other forty combined, and you will use them again.
Find what quietly flopped
Just as useful: the content that got views but no clicks, or clicks but no orders. A post that gets attention and no sales is telling you something, either the deal was not compelling or the product is not right for your audience. Note the pattern so you stop repeating it.
Separate the effort lesson from the result
Ask two honest questions. Did the schedule carry the load so you were not glued to your phone? And did the prep you did in the run-up actually pay off? If the answer to both is yes, that is your process validated. If something was a scramble, write down the one fix for next time while you still remember exactly what hurt.
Bank it for Q4
Everything you just learned points forward. Your three winners are evergreen content for the holiday season. Your flops are a do-not-repeat list. Your process notes are next event's head start, and Black Friday is close. Twenty minutes of reading your own numbers now saves you from relearning the same lessons in November.
The event earned you money. This review is how you make it earn you a smarter next quarter too.
