Talk to Butler AI, Explained: A 24/7 Concierge That Demos the App and Walks You to the Right Click

A chat and voice concierge built into the web dashboard and the desktop app that gives live demos, answers how-do-I questions with exact click paths, and can drive an on-screen guided walkthrough for you. Here is how to reach it, what it can actually do, and the specific things it is honest about not doing.

Most support questions do not happen during business hours. You are setting up the app at 11pm, you hit one setting you do not understand, and the fix is probably two clicks away, except you do not know which two clicks. That is the gap Talk to Butler AI is built for: a concierge that is awake whenever you are, that can show you the exact click path instead of a generic help article, and that can walk the cursor through it with you if reading steps is not working.

It is not the same thing as the AI butlers already living inside the app, like AI Keyword Generator, Voiceover Butler, or Benable Butler. Those run on your own OpenAI key, so you are paying for your own usage. Talk to Butler AI runs on Influencer Butler's own servers. You do not need an OpenAI key to use it, and you are not billed per message.

Two ways to reach it

On the web dashboard, go to Book a Call, then click "Talk to Butler AI now." From there you pick one of two modes:

  • Start voice chat - a real spoken conversation. It needs your browser's microphone permission, and it works best in a recent version of Chrome or Edge.
  • Type instead - a normal text chat, if voice is not convenient or your browser does not support it well.

Either way, there is a consent checkbox confirming the chat may be saved so your team (or a human agent) can follow up on it later. Nothing is recorded without that box being checked.

Inside the desktop app, you do not need to open a browser at all. There is an AI Assistant item right in the left menu. Influencer Butler describes it plainly as "the same brain, with the same answers" as the web version, so you are not getting a stripped-down bot just because you are inside the app instead of on the dashboard. It is the same concierge, reached from wherever you already are.

Ask it for a demo before you ask it a question

You do not have to arrive with a specific problem. If you just signed up and want to see what the app actually does before you start clicking around on your own, you can ask for a live demo and it will walk you through the product on request, the same way a human sales call would, except it is available the moment you decide you want one instead of whenever the next open slot on someone's calendar happens to be.

Asking it something real

Say you are stuck on Deals Butler and you cannot find where to set how often it posts. On the web dashboard, you would open Talk to Butler AI, type (or say) something like "how do I set up Deals Butler's posting schedule," and the answer comes back as an exact click path, starting from the left menu: which item to click first, which tab opens next, and which toggle or field to look for once you are there. If a tutorial screenshot exists for that exact screen, it can show that image inline in the chat, so you are not just reading a sentence, you are looking at the actual panel.

Inside the desktop app, the same question gets you something more hands-on. The assistant can drive an on-screen guided walkthrough: it highlights the control you need to click, waits for you to actually click it, then moves to the next step and highlights the next one. You stay in control the whole time, nothing clicks itself, and the walkthrough does not block the rest of the page. You can scroll away, check something else, and come back to it.

This matters most for the settings that are correct but not obvious. "Exact click path starting from the left menu" sounds like a small thing until you are the person who has opened four different tabs looking for a toggle that turned out to be one level deeper than you guessed.

A genuinely useful shortcut: drafting bug reports

If something is actually broken, rather than just hard to find, you can ask Talk to Butler AI to file it for you. You describe what happened, and it drafts a bug report or feature request on the spot. It always shows you the draft first, and it only files the report after you explicitly say yes. Nothing goes to the team without you reading it and approving it.

This is faster than most support flows, where you type out a description, hunt for a category, and hope you picked the right one. Here you are just describing the problem in your own words, in the same chat you were already using to ask a setup question, and the structured write-up happens for you.

It also knows your account

Beyond setup help, you can ask it plan and pricing questions directly, no need to go dig through a pricing page while you are mid-conversation. It can also look up your own current plan, or pull up your affiliate earnings summary if you are in the affiliate program. These are read-only lookups on your own account, so there is nothing to approve first, it just answers.

If the conversation outgrows what the AI can handle, there is a "Book a human call instead" option at any point, which hands you off to a real person rather than leaving you stuck with a bot that has reached its limit.

What it will not do (and why that is a good thing to know)

Honesty about limits is part of what makes the rest of this trustworthy, so here is the short, specific list:

  • It cannot control the desktop app or log into Amazon or Instagram for you. It gives you the click path, you do the clicking. If a setup step requires you to sign in somewhere, the assistant will tell you where to go and what to click, but it will not do that sign-in itself.
  • It gives no financial or investment advice. It can tell you what a plan costs or how your affiliate payouts work, but it is not going to tell you what to do with the money.
  • Voice sessions have a visible countdown. You can see your time limit ticking down during a voice chat, so you are never caught off guard by a session ending mid-sentence. If you need more time, switch to text or start a new session.

None of these are hidden behind vague language in the app. They are the actual edges of what the concierge is for: answering questions and showing you the way, not acting as a second pair of hands inside your accounts.

Your chat history sticks around (on desktop)

Inside the desktop app, your chat history with the assistant is saved locally and grouped by day, so you can scroll back to "last Tuesday" instead of hunting through one long thread. It is searchable, so if you remember asking about something but not when, you can just search for the keyword. And there is a plain "New chat" option whenever you want to start a fresh conversation instead of picking up an old thread.

Why this is worth using instead of skipping

The honest case for Talk to Butler AI is not that it replaces a human support team, it explicitly hands off to one when you need it. The case is that most questions people have while onboarding, especially at odd hours, are small: where is this setting, why did this not work, what does this plan actually include. Those are exactly the questions a concierge that knows the app's own click paths can answer in under a minute, with a screenshot or a guided walkthrough if words alone are not enough. If you have been avoiding a setting because you could not find it, this is the fastest way to actually get unstuck.
