Which products did you publish. Benable Butler publishes lists for you. But which products ended up in them, and why did it pick each one? Published Products answers that.
A record of what was published. It fills up when Benable Butler creates a list, from List Publishing or from Benable Deals. It is a record of what was published, not a live copy of your Benable lists.
The five totals. These five cards count everything published: total, SPCC sponsored, Creator Connections, from Amazon, and no campaign. Your filters never change them.
Reason: why it was picked. Reason is why a product was picked. It might say SPCC sponsored, Creator Connections, On sale, or Niche match. Hover the chip to see every reason.
CC and SPCC columns. CC and SPCC show whether a product has a Creator Connections campaign or a Sponsored Products for Creators offer. A small badge says accepted or not accepted.
SPCC link check. SPCC link checks whether the link in your list is the right accepted SPCC link. It says Not checked until you run Check links or Fix links, under Fix SPCC links in List Publishing.
Commission. Commission shows the campaign rate. With no campaign, an Amazon product can show the standard rate, marked std.
Ends: campaign status. Ends gives the campaign end date with a tag: Active, Ending soon, or Ended. Ending soon means within 7 days. Ongoing means no end date was found, and No campaign means nothing is tied to the product.
Source: List Publishing or Deals. Source tells you whether List Publishing or a Deals run made it. Click the heading to sort, so the Deals products sit together.
Where each product lives. Collection, List, and Section show where each product lives. Click a list name to open the live list on Benable.
Published date and status. Published is the date Benable Butler added the product. Status says Published, or Failed if it never reached the list.
Search. Search finds a product by its name, ASIN, caption, list, or collection.
Filter the table. The dropdowns narrow by collection, list, CC, SPCC, reason, campaign status, and retailer. The count above the table shows how many rows are left.
Export what you see. Export CSV saves the rows your filters leave, in your current sort order. So a filtered view exports filtered.
Delete only hides rows. Delete selected and Delete all shown only hide rows here. Nothing is removed from Benable. Show hidden lets you see them and restore them.
Refresh after you publish. After List Publishing or Benable Deals creates a new list, come back and press Refresh to load its products.
Published Products is a read-only table of the products Benable Butler published when it created your Benable lists. For each product it shows the reason it was picked, whether it has a Creator...
