What Benable Deals does. Your Deals Butler already has deals saved up. Putting them on a Benable list by hand is slow. This panel does it for you.
Sign in to Benable first. First, sign in to Benable. The button then turns into a signed-in pill. You never type a name, because the app reads your account from your sign-in.
Pick a Deals Butler. Pick a Deals Butler. The number in brackets is how many deals it holds. With two or more, you also get All Deals Butlers.
Choose your stores. Choose your stores. Amazon is on. Walmart turns on only if that Deals Butler has Walmart deals.
Choose a deal source. Deal source picks regular deals, Prime Day deals, or Walmart event deals. Each one keeps its own list below.
Only show SPCC or Creator Connections. Only show narrows the regular deals you preview and post by hand to ones with an SPCC or Creator Connections campaign available. SPCC means Sponsored Products for Creators. The auto-run does not use it.
Where should the deals go. Now choose where the deals go. Create a new public list, or refresh a list you already have.
Name the new list. For a new list, type a clear title that tells people what is inside.
Or paste an existing list link. To use a list you already have, paste its Benable link here. The auto-run uses this saved link.
How many deals, and the caps. How many deals limits what you post by hand. Blank means all. The caps below start at 60 for a list and 80 in total.
Preview before you post. Always preview first. Preview deals loads the hub's deals, and also adds them to the Items queue below.
Every deal, as a card. Each card shows the photo, price, title, and ASIN, which is Amazon's product code. The bar below says how many loaded.
Create list and publish. Create list and publish builds the list and makes it public, with no confirmation. If you are signed out, it opens sign-in first.
Refresh adds, it does not replace. Pick Refresh an existing list, and the button says Refresh and publish. It adds deals and never deletes old ones. Deals already sent are skipped.
The discount leads each note. Each deal's note leads with its discount, like 43% off, when it has one, with a fire emoji by default. You can turn that off or change the wording in List Publishing, under Advanced settings.
The Items queue. Previewed deals also land in the Items queue. Each card shows the price, discount, status, and its target list, which stays blank until you set one.
Select, set a list, publish. Select all ticks every card. Set target for selected picks their list. Publish selected sends them. A card with no list asks you for one.
Remove and filter the queue. Remove from queue and Delete all only clear this queue, never Benable. Delete all asks you to confirm. Only show just hides cards.
Auto-run keeps a list fresh. Auto-run is its own clock for this panel. Turn it on and it re-publishes your hub's current deals into your saved list.
How often to run. Pick how often it runs: every 1, 3, 6, 12, or 24 hours.
Custom: time and days. Custom lets you pick a time of day, every day or only certain days.
What each auto-run does. Each run adds new deals first, then deletes what was already on the list from the bottom up, never below a minimum list size. An empty hub leaves your list alone.
All Deals Butlers. Running several Deals Butlers? Pick All Deals Butlers. A card appears: one list for all of them, or one list for each.
One list per Deals Butler. Each row gets a list name and a link. Leave the link empty and the list is created on the first update. Update all lists now starts refreshing them right away.
Where it shows up next. Lists created here appear in Published Products, with Source set to Deals. Pick a Deals Butler and press Preview deals to start.
