Videos you already have. You have hundreds of shoppable videos on your storefront and a YouTube channel with none of them. YouTube Butler uploads them, titled, described, linked and thumbnailed, a batch a day, until the whole catalog is live.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. YouTube Butler is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
What it needs. Storefront Butler synced at least once, and YouTube signed in in the browser the butler opens. Guided Setup walks every option in order if you would rather answer questions.
Upload dashboard. The dashboard: total videos in inventory, queued, uploaded, how many are Shorts, regular videos, and failed.
Import Past Harvests. Video Inventory fills itself when Storefront Butler harvests. Import Past Harvests pulls in what it already found.
Find the right ones. Filter by orientation, status and duration, or search by title or ASIN. Vertical or square under three minutes becomes a Short; landscape stays a regular video.
Queue them. Select the videos and Queue Selected lines them up. Do not upload keeps a video out for good; Allow again brings it back. Upload Now sends the selection straight away.
Settings. Settings is where the upload is shaped. Visibility ships set to Public, so decide that first. Title and description come from AI or a template with the product filled in.
Visibility. Visibility: Public, Unlisted or Private for every upload.
Titles, links, AI. The title template, affiliate-tagged links in the description or pinned comment, Shorts hashtags, AI SEO titles with a spend cap, and AI thumbnails with their own cap. Max per session paces each run.
Scheduler. The Scheduler uploads a batch a day: how often, how many per run, a start time, and the windows it may run in. Even a four thousand video storefront uploads itself over time.
Upload Queued. Upload Queued drives YouTube Studio in a real browser on your signed-in Google profile and uploads everything in the queue. Watch it run in the top bar keeps it on screen. Accept Creator Connections also opts into campaigns for tagged products. Not pressed today.
Upload Log. The Upload Log records every upload with its YouTube link and status, and Export CSV keeps the list.
Next step. Your next step: run Guided Setup, set visibility to Unlisted for the first batch, queue five videos, and press Upload Queued while you watch.
