Your Amazon photos, on Walmart too. You already made photos for your Amazon storefront. Walmart Creator wants photos too. Making them twice is not happening. Photo Repost copies them over for you.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Photo Repost, like everything in the Walmart Butler group, is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan the group is hidden. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
Set it up: sign in to Walmart. Set it up walks you through signing in to Walmart Creator. Sign in once. If you are signed out later, the run stops and asks you to sign in again.
Only exact matches. Here is the rule. It only reposts a photo when the product is the exact same item on Walmart. Same barcode. Close is not good enough, so your photo never lands on the wrong product.
Review first, then automatic. Posting has two modes. Review matches before posting shows you the matches and waits for you. Post matches automatically posts them on its own. Start with Review.
Max to post per run. Max to post per run is your speed limit. Walmart does not publish a limit, so start small, around 5 to 8 a day, until your account has some history.
Skip out-of-stock products. Skip out-of-stock products does what it says. No point sending people to an item they cannot buy.
Automatic schedule. The schedule runs it for you. Repeat every so many hours or days, and pick a first run time. Apply schedule turns it on.
Photo options. Photo options are optional. Add a watermark, on-screen text, or a QR code to the product. Photos must be JPG or PNG under 10 megabytes, or they are skipped with a reason.
Exact Walmart matches. Down here are the matches. Each row is one of your storefront photos and the Walmart item it matched. In Review mode, this is the list you are approving.
Filter by outcome. Show narrows the list to one outcome. Posted, failed, skipped, or not yet posted. Handy when you only want to see what went wrong.
Post approved, Retry failed, Skip all. Post approved to Walmart sends the ones you approved. Retry failed tries the failed ones again. Skip all clears the list without posting anything.
Needs Storefront Butler first. One thing it needs first. Storefront Butler. That is where your storefront photos come from. If it has never run, there is nothing to match, and this panel will tell you.
Next step. Every post also shows up on the Walmart Butler hub. Your next step: run Storefront Butler, come back here, and press Start in Review mode.
Photo Repost in Influencer Butler takes the photos already on your Amazon storefront and reposts them to your Walmart Creator storefront, only when the product is the exact same item on Walmart.
