The best post you can make. A ninety-nine percent off pricing mistake is the best thing you can post. It sells out in an hour. The trouble is finding it before the seller does. Pricecrash Butler is the radar.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Pricecrash Butler is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
Your numbers. Deals found in the last run, the average discount, how many are waiting for your review, and how many posted on their own.
Minimum discount. Minimum discount is the whole tool. Ninety-nine catches genuine mistakes only. Lower it to seventy-five or eighty-five and you widen the net to clearance and overstock.
When a deal is found. The setting that decides what happens next. Draft for review lands it in Deals Butler for you to approve. Auto-schedule posts it, right away or at your next scheduled time. No hand-off just logs it here. Start with Draft.
Send finds to. Send finds to chooses which Deals Butlers receive each catch, so one pricing error can go out to more than one audience.
Sources. Sources: Amazon, Walmart, and Target. Tick the stores you post from.
Categories. Categories narrow the sweep. Select all casts wide; a few that match your niche is faster and cleaner.
Marketplaces. Marketplaces to scan adds other Amazon countries once their Creators API credentials are connected in Settings. Start with one.
Bait keywords. Bait keywords are the giveaway words: clearance, open box, closeout, overstock. Add your own.
Run it on a clock. Run automatically sweeps on an interval. Do not re-post the same deal for a window keeps one catch from going out twice, and the limits cap posts per run, per hour and per day.
Email me. Email me a summary after each run tells you what it caught without opening the app.
Run. Run starts a sweep now. In Draft mode nothing is published; it waits for you in Deals Butler. Watch it run in the top bar shows the browser when one opens.
The results. The results table lists every catch with its price, the discount, the store, and where it was sent.
