The problem. You know which brands your videos sell for. Turning that into a campaign means opening Creator Connections and typing the same pitch, brand after brand, until you give up. Message Brands types it for you.
Included in the Beginner plan. Quick note on plans. Message Brands is included in the Beginner plan, so everyone has it.
Filters decide who gets contacted. Before anything else, Keywords and Filters, the child workspace right under Message Brands. It decides who gets contacted. Leave it empty and nothing narrows the run.
Add a keyword to target. Add the keywords or brand names you want to go after. Every campaign that matches one becomes a target.
And what to leave alone. Two skip lists sit under it: words you never want in a campaign title, and brands to leave alone entirely. A skip always wins.
Back to Message Brands. With filters set, back to Message Brands. Everything from here is what the message says and how fast it goes out.
Write your message. Write the default message once. Use brandName and campaignName in curly braces and each brand gets its own name filled in, so it never reads like a blast. Your storefront URL, address and media kit are placeholders too.
Never message twice. Skip brands you have already messaged stays on. It skips any brand with a message or a conversation already, whether the butler sent it or you did.
Set your pace. Daily message cap and pause between sends are your pacing. Start small so you can read what landed in your Creator Connections inbox before you open it up.
Campaign value filters. Campaign value filters are where this gets good. Turn them on and a brand only gets messaged if its campaign clears your bars for product price, estimated monthly revenue, and commission.
Skip the products nobody buys. Minimum product reviews and Only if the product has a Best Sellers Rank keep you out of a closet of samples for products that do not sell. Both read the Creators API, so connect it in Settings first.
Only products your audience can buy. The country availability filter checks each campaign's products against the Amazon store your audience buys from, and skips brands with nothing buyable there.
Follow-ups. Most brands do not answer the first message. Enable follow-ups, pick six, twelve or twenty-four hours, and write a shorter nudge. Variants rotate the wording.
Templates. New template saves a message per keyword or brand, so a kitchen brand gets a kitchen pitch and the default only covers the rest.
Now press Run. That is everything configured. Run opens Chrome in your signed-in Amazon session, works through the campaigns your filters matched, and posts your message on each brand's Creator Connections page.
Watch it work. Watch the run status fill in: current brand, the search term that surfaced it, how many sent, and the reason for anything it skipped. Watch it run in the top bar keeps the browser on screen.
Follow it into Messenger. Now the part that pays off later. Every message shows up in Messenger Butler tagged with the keyword it went out under. Run its initial harvest once so it reads your conversations.
Which keywords earn replies. Search by brand or keyword, and you see exactly which search terms produced replies, so you can stop spending sends on the ones that never do.
Next step. Your next step: one keyword, a message you would be happy to receive, a daily cap of ten. Run it, and come back to Messenger Butler in a few days to read what replied.
