The same message, a hundred times. You want to message the members of a group. Sending them all the same words, fast, is how accounts get flagged. Facebook Message Butler writes one message with choices built in, so every person gets a slightly different version, and sends them slowly.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Facebook Message Butler is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
Which account. Send from picks the Facebook account, the same logins as Deals Butler. Sign in opens a real Facebook window if you need to, and Verify sign-in confirms it with a green badge.
Who to message. Who to message: the members of a group you belong to, the followers of a Page, or a list you paste or load from a CSV. Paste the group address, decide whether admins are included, and press Find recipients to fill the queue. Anyone you already messaged is skipped.
Your message. Your message, written once. Put choices in braces, like Hi, Hey, Hello, and it picks one per person. Use firstName for their name. The counter shows how many unique variations that makes.
The toolbar. The toolbar adds options to a selected word, inserts a greeting or a sign-off, or drops in their name.
Preview variations. Preview variations shows a few sample messages so you can read how they land before anything goes out.
Individual messages. How to send: individual messages, one private message per person, is the safe choice. Group chat adds several people into one thread and Facebook limits it heavily.
Pacing formulas. Pacing and limits: pick a ready-made formula, Cautious for a new account, Conservative as the default, or set your own seconds between messages and messages per hour and per day. Ease in gently and Pause overnight keep it looking human.
Watch it run. Watch it run in the top bar keeps the browser on screen so you can watch the first few go out. It applies to every butler.
Start. Start Facebook Message Butler opens Chrome on that account and works through the queue at your pace. Every message is real, so nothing is pressed today.
Replies. Check for replies reads the conversations it started and marks who answered, on demand or on its own schedule.
Next step. Your next step: one group, the Conservative formula, a message with three greeting choices. Preview it, then send ten while you watch.
