Groups nobody runs. Plenty of active niche groups have no admin at all. Facebook offers the role to members, and whoever accepts first owns the audience, the pinned posts and the rules. Facebook Admin Butler finds those groups and accepts for you.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Facebook Admin Butler is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
Your admin progress. Your progress: groups you admin, how many the butler claimed, groups awaiting grant, and groups you joined and are watching. Becoming admin can take Facebook a day or two, and awaiting groups are re-checked every run.
A personal profile. Facebook Admin Butler is active is the master switch. Facebook account picks who acts: use a personal profile, because a Page cannot become a group admin.
Keywords. Keywords, one per line, describe your niche. They search for new groups and filter the groups you already belong to.
Group size and type. Group size sets a minimum and maximum member count, and Group type keeps public and private groups in or out.
How it finds groups. How it finds groups: scan the groups you already joined for admin offers, search by keyword and join new ones, join automatically, and whether to request private groups too, which stay pending until approved.
