Expired Butler: Clean Up Deal Posts After The Deal Ends

Deals end. Posts keep running.. Every deal you post has a shelf life. When the sale ends, the post keeps sending people to a price that is gone. Expired Butler finds those posts and cleans them up.
Included in the Beginner plan. A quick note on plans. Expired Butler is included in the Beginner plan, so everyone has it. It works on the posts Deals Butler made, on Facebook groups and pages, Telegram, Reddit and Threads.
Pick your Facebook profile. Pick the Facebook profile that posted the deals. It is the same sign-in Deals Butler uses.
Scan for expired. Scan for expired reads your posted deals and flags the ones whose end time has passed, or whose product is no longer on sale. It only finds and lists them. Nothing is removed yet.
Found, selected, deleted, edited. The totals keep score. Expired posts found by the last scan, how many are selected for the next cleanup, and how many have been deleted or edited.
Delete, or edit. Here is the key rule. A plain deal post is deleted. A post with a creator campaign attached is edited instead, so the campaign link stays live while the post stops advertising a dead price.
The EXPIRED banner. This is the banner it adds to an edited post. Change the wording if you like, and choose whether it goes in the post itself or in a new comment.
Maximum posts per run. Maximum posts per run is your safety cap. A cleanup never handles more than this in one go.
Per-platform settings. Per-platform settings let one platform behave differently. Facebook groups could get the banner while Telegram only loses the code and dates.
Schedule. The schedule sweeps for expired posts on its own, once a day by default. A scheduled run only reports what it would do until you turn on Let scheduled runs act automatically.
Start small. The ramp starts small and grows a little each day, up to a maximum. Sleep hours keep it quiet overnight.
History. History keeps a permanent record of everything deleted or edited. If a deal comes back on sale, Post again drops it into Deals Butler as a fresh draft.
Clean up selected. When you are ready, tick the posts you want handled and press Clean up selected. Nothing is removed until you approve it.
