Deals you cannot track in an inbox. Once you work with brands at any scale, you need somewhere to track each deal that is not your inbox. Collab Butler is a board: one card per collaboration, moving through stages as it progresses.

Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Collab Butler is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.

Your numbers. Active collabs, due soon, overdue, and a count per tag: free sample, form, awaiting approval, shipped, published.

Insights. Insights opens pipeline value, completed this month, the overdue rate, your top brands and a brand directory.

Income report. Income report lists the products brands sent you, with their value and any cash payout, for tax time. Pick a date range and export it.

Search, filter, sort. Search collabs, filter by stage or tag, and sort by recently updated, brand, keyword, due date or your own order.

Board or list. Board shows the stages as columns, negotiating, shipped, in progress, submitted, published. List is the same cards as rows.

Tags. Drag a workflow tag onto a card: awaiting approval, editing, ready to film, ready to publish, needs brief. Add Tag makes your own.

Reminders. Enable reminders surfaces due-soon and overdue cards with one-click actions.

New Collab. New Collab adds a card: brand, stage, deadline, payout, notes. Pitch Butler tracks the deal before it closes; this board picks up after.

Import and export. Import brings collabs in from a CSV in the sample layout; Export JSON and CSV take them out. Delete All is literal and permanent, so export first.

Next step. Your next step: add your three live deals as cards, tag what is awaiting approval, and turn on reminders.
