Polishing lists by hand. A Benable profile with dozens of lists is a lot to polish by hand. List Optimize scores your lists, and can fix them for you.
A Pro butler, signed in. It is a Pro butler, which needs a Pro subscription after your free trial, and it works through your Benable account. Sign in here first, or nothing can be written to your lists.
What you need first. For AI-written fixes, you need your OpenAI key in AI and Data Keys. To add products, your Amazon Creators API must be connected. Scanning and scoring need neither.
Your profile link. Paste your Benable profile link here. It is saved.
Scan without changing anything. Just scan reads and scores the lists on your profile, up to 100 of them. It changes nothing and costs no AI credits.
The whole-profile run. Optimize my whole profile does the work. It asks first, because it writes to your live Benable account and spends AI credits. A Stop button appears while it runs.
What it does to each list. Lists already marked Optimized are left alone. For the rest, it can rewrite a weak title or description, fill empty section descriptions, and add products to thin lists. By default it also adds non-product picks and can create new non-product lists, which we cover next.
Uses List Publishing settings. Added products follow your List Publishing settings, including marketplace, minimum rating and reviews, and item target.
A guided tour. Show me how gives a short guided tour.
Open the one-list tool. To work on one list, open Optimize just one list.
Audit one list. Paste a list link, then press Audit list. It scores the list with no AI cost.
Fold it away again. That is the single-list tool.
Non-product balance. Non-product balance mixes in picks that are not products, like local places, tutorials and apps. This switch is on at first.
Add picks to product lists. During a sweep, this adds up to 2 non-product picks to the all-product lists it is optimizing, skipping any that already have some.
Create new non-product lists. This can create new non-product lists when fewer than 30 percent of your lists have non-product picks. It needs OpenAI.
How many new lists. New lists per run starts at 2 and goes up to 10. It never auto-creates more than 10 in total.
Payout preferences. Payout preferences are off at first. Favor the highest-paying retailers, or the longest cookie windows, to lean toward better partner stores. Advertised rates are not guarantees.
How a swap works. When it swaps an item, it adds the new one first, and removes the old one only on an exact match. Amazon items are never removed. Swaps need OpenAI.
Schedule: profile and cadence. Auto-optimize on a schedule. Add the profile link, then pick how often: a number, and hours or days. The default is every 1 day.
Spread the start time. Spread the start time adds a random delay, so runs do not all land at the same moment.
Scheduled runs write live. Turn on automatic optimizing arms the schedule. Scheduled runs work in the background, with no confirmation, and write to your live lists. Stay signed in.
Run once now. Run once now does one of those background runs right away, also with no confirmation.
Score and Optimized badge. After an audit, you get an Optimization score from 0 to 100, the app's own signal, and an Optimized badge read from your Benable profile.
Why it scored that way. The score has 8 categories, like Title and Product notes. Click one to see the facts behind its score.
Section descriptions. Section descriptions picks AI-written text for each section, or a simple template line.
Generate AI fixes. Generate AI fixes writes replacement copy with OpenAI. It spends credits, and results are saved per list so a re-audit does not spend again.
Add products. Add products tops up the list using your List Publishing settings. It asks first.
Auto-improve this list. Auto-improve this list does it in one go. It writes the AI fixes first, which spends credits, then asks before it applies the safe fixes to your live list. It only rewrites a title or description that needs it.
Ready-to-use fixes. Ready-to-use fixes have Copy and, when possible, Apply to list. Undo puts back the last title or description change. New sections and product notes are copy and paste only.
Least optimized first. After a scan, your lists show here, least optimized first. Which lists picks the group to optimize, and Optimized lists are left out.
Recent audits. Recent audits keeps your latest audits. Click a row to audit that list again.
Start with a scan. Start with Just scan, and read the scores. Then try the whole-profile run on a profile you are happy to have changed.
