What is going to happen next?. With a dozen butlers on schedules, the question is what is going to happen next, and when. Action Queue answers it: every scheduled task, in order, with its time.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Action Queue is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
Nothing to set up. There is nothing to set up. Other butlers put tasks here when you schedule them: searches, catalog refreshes, campaign syncs, posting rounds.
Filter by workspace. Filter by workspace to see one butler's schedule, and search actions by name.
The counts. Overdue, next hour, and today, so you know at a glance whether anything slipped.
Pending. Pending lists each task with its time, how far away it is, and which schedule it belongs to. The small x removes one task; the next schedule pass puts it back if the schedule is still on.
Completed. Completed is the record of what already ran.
Next step. Your next step: open it before bed and read what is set to run overnight.
