Cha-Ching Automate review: what it does well, and where it stops

Update, October 2026: Amazon is reported to be auto cross-posting videos

On October 7, 2026, Cha-Ching's admin posted in their public Facebook group that Amazon says it will automatically cross-post creator videos to the US, CA, UK, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, PL, and SE marketplaces. He is pausing Cha-Ching uploads to those markets and still uploading to AU, SG, IN, JP, BE, and BR. He also noted that Sweden uploads were historically rejected but are now being approved. This is his reading of Amazon's announcement, not a confirmed Amazon policy, and we have not verified it ourselves.

What it could mean for creators: fewer manual uploads to those ten markets. By his account, AU, SG, JP, IN, and BR (plus BE) are still worth uploading to yourself. Check Amazon's own notice for your account before you change how you upload, and spot-check translation and captions in the languages that matter most to you. We are keeping our 3.4 rating for now: nothing in the 3.5 to 3.6 releases below changes it.

What's new in Cha-Ching 3.5 to 3.6

Where Cha-Ching is ahead

Plainly, these are things Cha-Ching ships that Influencer Butler does not today: drafts for Facebook, Pinterest, and Threads; a link type per destination (ours is one global setting); a cover image option and black-first-frame handling; one-word-at-a-time captions; Threads handling for videos over 5 minutes; a step-by-step "Next step" mode; "Schedule for later" on selected uploads and publish dates in the log; Slow Mode for social posting; "Hide US Creator Hub" for VAs; and a review to retag or delete mismatched Walmart videos after posting (we only delete by silent video or age).

Where Influencer Butler stands on the same items

Influencer Butler already auto-accepts Creator Connections and Sponsored Products for Creators offers and submits links, both on video uploads and on social posts. (Cha-Ching says "Sponsored Links"; we have not confirmed that is the same program.) Its Walmart repost, for video and photo, uses an exact UPC/GTIN match only, with no first-search-result fallback, and review before posting is the default. Videos are conformed to 9:16 and trimmed to 60 seconds, with a 150MB cap. It also handles Amazon title rejections (remove the flagged word, AI rewrite, or skip), dismisses the Facebook "add WhatsApp" popup, adds Whisper auto-captions, and saves TikTok drafts through the TikTok API plus Amazon "Save as draft".

What Cha-Ching Automate is

As of our last review (August 13, 2026), Cha-Ching Automate is a desktop app priced around $20 per month. Its whole focus is video distribution. It syncs your Amazon Influencer videos to YouTube and cross-posts them to 13+ international Amazon storefronts, auto-transcribing, translating, and captioning each in the local language. It also handles auto affiliate links, thumbnail sync, playlists, and scheduling. Since then it has added Creator Connections auto-accept and Upload to Walmart (see the 3.5 to 3.6 section above). It is a video-first specialist, and it is priced like one.

Where Cha-Ching is still good

Credit where it is due. Video is Cha-Ching's entire focus: it syncs your videos to YouTube with affiliate links, thumbnails, and playlists, and it cross-posts to 13+ international Amazon marketplaces with auto-translated captions in the local language, at an accessible price. It is also shipping quickly: three releases between September 29 and October 6, 2026, with real controls added for drafts, link types, and scheduling. The international half used to be the headline. If Amazon's reported auto cross-posting is confirmed, it becomes less of a differentiator for the markets Amazon covers, and the YouTube sync is the clearer reason to keep it. If you want your videos on YouTube without doing it by hand, it does that job well. If you only wanted localized versions on Amazon, check Amazon's own notice for your account before paying.

The honest limits

The flip side of a focused tool is narrow coverage. As of our last review, Cha-Ching is video-first. Photo reload to international storefronts, brand outreach, collaboration tracking, deal posting to social platforms, and a unified Amazon inbox are not mentioned in its 3.5 to 3.6 release posts. Creator Connections is no longer on that list: since 3.5 it auto-accepts campaigns for the ASINs of videos being uploaded and submits links, and since 3.5.1 it also accepts Sponsored Links campaigns. None of that is a knock on what it set out to do: it just means Cha-Ching is one part of a larger workflow, and you would pair it with other tools to cover the rest.

Cha-Ching vs an all-in-one suite

Here is the trade-off in one view. Cha-Ching's column comes from its 3.5 to 3.6 release posts, and "Limited" or "Not stated" means partial or unclear, not absent. Influencer Butler's column lists only what is in the current customer release. Influencer Butler goes wider, treating video as one of 50+ connected tools. As of October 2026.
