Five inboxes, one pipeline. Outreach across Creator Connections, Levanta and Instagram means your pipeline lives in five places. Pitch Butler pulls them into one CRM: each brand is a card with its contacts, its deals, and every message you ever sent it.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Pitch Butler is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
Fill it. Fill it from the butlers: Import CC brands, Import Levanta emails, Instagram extract emails and scan posts, or Add brand, Paste emails and Import CSV. The Goldmines and Email Collections also send rows here.
Send from your own email. Connect Gmail, or connect a custom email: Titan, Zoho, Outlook, Fastmail, or any SMTP host. Add the IMAP details and replies advance a brand's stage on their own. Your password is stored encrypted on this device.
Filters. Filter by source, Creator Connections, Levanta, Instagram, Facebook, manual, and by status: prospect, pitched, replied, negotiating, closed, dead. Needs follow-up is the one to open every morning.
Tags. Tags combine: awaiting approval, free sample, hot lead, follow up. Click one, or several.
List, board, tasks, reports. Work it as a list, a drag-to-advance board, a task list with reminders, or the reports dashboard. The media kit tab holds what you send brands.
Each brand card. Each brand card: the contact, where it came from, its status, and the message history that every workspace, Messenger included, rolls up into it.
Copy prospect emails. Select all and Copy prospect emails hands a list to any email tool. Brand Pack bundles your pitch materials.
