It is in there somewhere. A brand said send your media kit to this address, three months ago, in a DM you cannot find. Instagram Email Collection scans your DM history and pulls every email address into a table.
Power User feature. Quick note on plans. Instagram Email Collection is a Power User feature. On the Beginner plan it is hidden from the sidebar. Upgrade any time in Settings, under Subscription.
It only reads. It opens your signed-in Instagram inbox and reads. It never sends anything. It does show your private inbox in the browser, so nothing is pressed today.
Your numbers. Captured, marked sent, and pending outreach.
Max threads to scan. Max threads to scan is how many DM threads it walks, newest first. Fifty is a good test; leave it empty to scan every thread.
Incremental. Incremental only scans DMs newer than the last run, so later runs take seconds. Turn it off once for the first full backfill.
Full message history. Full message history scrolls up in each thread to load older messages. Slower, exhaustive, use it once.
Watch it run. Watch it run in the top bar keeps the browser on screen so you can see it walk the inbox. It applies to every butler.
Run. Run opens Chrome on your Instagram session, opens each thread, and adds every email it finds to the table. A heavy inbox takes a few minutes the first time.
On a schedule. The schedule runs it on a repeating interval, so new emails keep landing without you.
The results. The results: one row per email with the username it came from, when it was captured, whether you marked it sent, and whether it is already in Pitch Butler. Filter by pitched status to see who is still waiting.
Next step. Your next step: fifty threads, incremental off, press Run once. Then turn incremental on and put it on a weekly schedule.
