Brand Conversation Chips
A chip on the product you're already browsing shows exactly where you stand with its brand: Messaged, Brand responded, You replied, or Brand messaged you. Click it to jump straight back into that Creator Connections conversation, free in the Chrome extension.
You see a product worth pitching, but have no idea whether you already messaged that brand until you open the Messages drawer and search for its name by hand.
A chip right on the product tells you before you click anything: already messaged, brand replied, or brand reached out to you first.
Know before you ask
- Shows up wherever you're browsing products: Amazon search results, the Deals overlay, Idea List detail pages, Campaign Radar, and a dedicated "Brand conversation" section on the product page itself.
- Four states, plain language: Messaged (you wrote, no reply yet), Brand responded, You replied (they wrote first, you answered), Brand messaged you (they wrote, you haven't answered yet).
- Matches the product to a conversation by the page's own brand name, so it works without any manual setup.
- Click the chip to open that thread in Creator Connections. If the desktop app is paired and already holds that thread, a second button opens it directly in Messenger Butler.

Reads your whole inbox, not just the newest 100
- Amazon's own Messages drawer only ever renders the 100 newest conversations, with no way to load more.
- Brand Conversation Chips reads Creator Connections' own chat data directly, so a chip stays accurate no matter how many conversations you have, not just the ones the drawer happens to show.
- The same full-inbox read also fixes the Messages drawer's own filter counts and adds a "more conversations" list for anything past the 100-row cap.
