Seats are per device. Pro Team covers up to 10 devices for $129 per month and Pro Agency covers up to 25 devices for $299 per month. In practice that is roughly one seat per creator, so a 10-creator roster fits Team and a larger book fits Agency.
Does each creator get their own login and account?
Yes. Each creator runs the desktop app on their own machine and connects their own Amazon, Instagram, and social accounts. Your agency holds the plan and its seat pool, and each creator works inside their own connected accounts.
