Levanta Butler — automate outreach + email extraction across the Levanta brand network

Two-tab workspace that pitches Levanta-approved brands on autopilot and harvests brand contact emails during runs so you build a reusable brand list.

What Levanta Butler does

Levanta is a brand network that connects creators with brands paying for influencer marketing. Levanta Butler automates two sides of working it:

  1. Message Brands — send pitches to the brands Levanta has approved you for. Template with {brandName}, {campaignName}, {daysSinceMessage}, {address} placeholders.
  2. Email Extractor — while messaging, simultaneously harvest the brand's contact email so you build a reusable contact list. Useful for follow-up outside Levanta later (or for brands that drop off the platform).

The two tabs share state — when you run Message Brands, the email extractor runs alongside without extra setup.

Before you start

  • A Levanta account with approved status. Levanta gates outreach behind approval; if you're not approved, the workspace can render but Run does nothing.
  • A signed-in Levanta session in Chrome — Levanta Butler uses your existing session.
  • At least one default message template drafted in the Message Brands tab.

Setup: the message template

The Default Message field is where most of your work goes. Use these placeholders:

  • {brandName} — the brand you're pitching.
  • {campaignName} — Levanta's name for the active campaign (helpful for context).
  • {daysSinceMessage} — how many days since you last messaged this brand. Useful in follow-ups.
  • {address} — your shipping address, if the brand asked for one in their brief.

Keep the default short and personable. Levanta's UI doesn't reward novels.

Follow-up Message (optional) — a second template sent after a delay you set (default 7 days). Lets you turn one-shot outreach into a sequence without manual queueing.

Running your first outreach pass

  1. Open Levanta Butler in the left nav (expand the Levanta parent toggle), then click Message Brands.
  2. Confirm your default message in the Default Message card.
  3. In Filters, add keywords or brand names to target. The chip-editor lets you add multiple. Add a Skip keywords list too — brands matching anything in skip don't get messaged.
  4. Click Run.

A Chrome window opens. Levanta Butler walks each approved brand matching your keyword filters, opens the message thread, and posts the templated message. The Current Brand card shows real-time progress. The email extractor runs alongside automatically.

The Email Extractor tab

Switch to Email Extractor to see the contacts harvested during runs. Each row has:

  • Brand name + campaign name.
  • The email (when visible in Levanta's UI).
  • Source tag (which campaign or message thread it came from).
  • A "sent outreach" checkbox so you can mark which contacts you've already reached out to externally.

You don't need to run Email Extractor separately — it piggybacks on Message Brands. But you do come here to read what was collected.

Tuning over time

  • Default Message + Follow-up Message — short, conversational, name-checks the brand's product. Avoid scripted-sounding language; Levanta's review team flags formulaic outreach.
  • Keyword filters — start narrow (your niche), widen carefully. Broad filters message everyone, which dilutes signal and burns your daily cap.
  • Skip keywords — useful for excluding brand categories you don't want to work with (e.g. "vape", "gambling", "supplement").
  • Follow-up delay — defaults to 7 days. 10-14 days reads better as a polite reminder; <5 days reads pushy.

Where the data goes

Per-run outreach logs live in {userData}/InfluencerButler/workspaces/preseed/data/levanta/. The email extractor's harvest is a separate JSONL file in the same folder.

Common gotchas

  • "Levanta session expired" — sign in via the spawned Chrome window, click Resume.
  • "Brand not approved" banner mid-run — you don't have approval for this campaign. Levanta Butler skips and moves on; nothing to do.
  • Daily cap reached — Levanta enforces per-creator usage limits. The expandable "Usage limit details" tooltip in the topbar explains your current cap and reset time.
  • Email Extractor empty — Levanta hides emails until you've messaged at least once. Run Message Brands first, then check the Email Extractor tab.
