CC Check — keep your Creator Connections catalog fresh

Run the SPCC + download-all jobs that keep your accepted-campaign catalog and SPCC offers up to date.

What CC Check does

CC Check is the data-refresh runner that keeps two catalogs current:

  1. The download-all catalog of every Creator Connections campaign visible to you.
  2. The SPCC (Sponsored Products for Creators) commission catalog.

Most other workspaces — Daily Commission Butler, Goldmine Butler, Ads Goldmine Butler, Earnings Intelligence — depend on these catalogs being fresh. If you don't run CC Check, the rest of the app makes decisions on stale data.

When to run it

The recommended setup is automatic, not manual:

  1. Open Data Refresh Butler in the left nav.
  2. Toggle on Refresh CC & SPCC catalogs 1h before each search. This couples CC Check to your Daily Deals cadence so it runs as a side effect.
  3. If you don't run Daily Deals, set a daily refresh cadence in Data Refresh Butler instead (24h is plenty).

Running manually

If you need a one-off refresh:

  1. Open CC Check in the left nav.
  2. Click Run now.
  3. Wait for the run to complete — it usually takes 1–3 minutes depending on catalog size.

You'll see a progress badge in the CC Check topbar and the Last refreshed timestamps update in Data Refresh Butler when it finishes.

Gotchas

  • Catalog stays empty after a run — check the topbar CC Storefront ID field. If it's blank or wrong, CC Check has nothing to download against.
  • Run completes but downstream workspaces don't update — they cache reads. Restart the workspace (close + reopen the app) to force a re-read.
